Grō is an independent business-building platform designed specifically for Wellness Advocates. It gives you tools to organize contacts, manage follow-up, communicate with your people, schedule appointments, create funnels, automate repetitive tasks, and build your business more consistently.
Grō does not replace your doTERRA back office. It gives you a central place to manage the systems that support your business.
Grō is an independent platform and is not owned, operated, or endorsed by doTERRA. It was created to help Wellness Advocates organize and manage their individual businesses using practical tools, training, and systems.
doTERRA Pro is a corporate doTERRA tool. Grō is an independent business-building platform that helps Wellness Advocates manage contacts, follow-up, communication, funnels, appointments, marketing, automation, websites, courses, communities, and more, depending on their plan.
The two platforms serve different purposes, and Grō does not replace your doTERRA back office or corporate tools.
No! You do not need to purchase or maintain a separate GoHighLevel account. Your Grō membership includes your own account with access to the features available within your selected plan.
Grō offers three membership options:

Grō is currently available in English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, and Norwegian. Regional options are available for some languages.
Translation availability may vary by feature, and some areas may default to English when a translation is unavailable.
Yes! You can use Grō on multiple devices. Phones and tablets are convenient for checking conversations, contacts, tasks, and everyday communication.
We recommend using a laptop or desktop for initial setup, importing contacts, connecting domains, editing funnels, and building automations.

You can begin learning and using Grō without a custom domain, but we strongly recommend purchasing one during your initial setup.
A custom domain gives your business a professional online identity and can support branded email, funnels, websites, business pages, and other online assets.
Grō allows you to send business, marketing, and automated emails, but it does not replace a traditional inbox like Gmail.
For an everyday business inbox, you can connect a service such as Google Workspace and create a branded address like:

Replies can appear inside Grō and stay connected to each person’s contact record, allowing you to keep your personal cell phone number private.
Your Grō membership and communication usage are separate. You pay for services such as texting, email, phone numbers, calling, A2P registration, and certain AI tools based on your actual usage.
Your Grō membership gives you the house. Your usage pays for the utilities. 😂

Each published funnel has its own web link. Once your domain is connected, you can share your funnel through:
When someone clicks the link, they are taken directly to your funnel.
We have already completed most of the building for you. You will generally need to personalize details such as your name, photo, contact information, doTERRA links, calendar, class information, and meeting links.
Setup time depends on the funnel and how prepared you are. We recommend completing and testing one funnel at a time before moving to the next.
Your personalized shopping, enrollment, and other applicable links come from your own doTERRA account and resources.
Grō training will show you where to place those links within your funnels so customers and prospects are properly connected to you.
You do not need to understand everything before you begin. Start with the Getting Started Guide for your membership level and complete one step at a time.
You do not need to master domains, automations, funnels, pipelines, AI, and every other technology term on your first day. Learn the next thing you need, complete it, and then take the next step.
