Let’s Grō Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 1, 2026
Last Updated: September 20, 2026
1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers
Let’s Grō, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Let’s Grō," "Grō," "we," "us," or "our"), provides the website at letsgro.com and the Let’s Grō platform, including its CRM, communications, artificial-intelligence, community, course, and related tools (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information about our members, their team members, and visitors to our website, and the choices available to you.
We handle information in two different roles:
• Information about you. For information about our members, their Authorized Users, and website visitors—such as account, billing, support, and usage information—Let’s Grō decides how the information is used. Most of this Policy describes that information.
• Information members store about their own contacts. When a member uses the Services to manage their own customers, leads, or contacts ("Customer Data"), the member decides how that information is used and we process it on the member’s behalf. Section 8 explains how we handle Customer Data. If you are a contact of one of our members, please review that member’s privacy policy and direct requests to them.
This Policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions at https://growellness.com/terms.
2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
• Account and business information, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, billing address, and the information you provide about your Authorized Users.
• Payment information, which is collected and processed by our payment processor. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our systems.
• Communications and participation, such as support requests, community posts, survey responses, feedback, and testimonials.
• Content you upload to build your pages, funnels, courses, and campaigns.
• AI inputs, such as the questions, prompts, and files you submit to Grō AI, and the responses generated for you.
• Communication preferences and consent records, such as whether you opted in to receive text messages or marketing emails from us, and when.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services or visit our website, we automatically collect technical and usage information, such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, features used, time spent, and approximate location derived from IP address. We collect this information using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, as described in Section 7.
Information From Others
We receive information from our service providers, such as our platform and payment providers (for example, account status and payment confirmations), and from analytics and advertising partners (for example, information about how you found our website or responded to our ads).
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
• create and administer accounts and provide the features included in your plan;
• process payments and manage billing, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations;
• provide Grō AI and other features you request;
• provide support and respond to your requests;
• send service messages, such as account notices, security alerts, receipts, and policy updates;
• send marketing communications where permitted, which you can opt out of at any time;
• measure and improve our website, advertising, and Services, including through analytics;
• create de-identified or aggregated data, including to improve Grō AI, as described in Section 4;
• detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms; and
• comply with legal obligations, carrier requirements, and legal process, and enforce our agreements.
4. Grō AI
Grō AI is operated by Let’s Grō using a third-party AI model provider. When you use Grō AI, your inputs, and any Customer Data you direct Grō AI to use, are sent to that provider to generate responses. Our provider processes this information under commercial terms that do not permit it to use our data to train its models, and it may retain the information for a limited period under its terms, including for security and misuse monitoring.
We do not use information that identifies you or your contacts to train AI models. We may create de-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you or any individual and use it to improve Grō AI and the Services. We do not attempt to re-identify de-identified information.
Grō AI is designed so that one member’s private Customer Data is not made available to other members. Health or wellness information about your contacts, and other sensitive information, must not be submitted to Grō AI.
5. Text Messages and Emails From Let’s Grō
We send marketing text messages only to people who have opted in through a separate, unchecked checkbox or other clear opt-in at the time they provide their number. Providing a phone number is never a condition of purchase. Account and service messages are sent separately from marketing messages. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any marketing email.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
6. How We Disclose Information
We do not sell personal information for money. We disclose personal information only as follows:
• Service providers that help us operate the Services, such as our software platform and hosting providers, payment processor, AI model provider, email and text-messaging delivery providers, analytics providers, and customer-support tools. They may use personal information only to provide services to us, except that some may also use it as permitted by their terms for security, fraud prevention, and improving their services using aggregated or de-identified data.
• Advertising and analytics partners, through cookies and pixels on our website, as described in Section 7. We do not provide your phone number or text-messaging opt-in data to advertising partners.
• At your direction, such as when you connect an integration or ask us to share information with someone.
• Professional advisors, such as lawyers, accountants, and insurers, under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal and safety purposes, when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Let’s Grō, our members, or others.
• Business transfers, to a successor in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy or protections at least as strong.
We may also disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
7. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand how our website and Services are used (for example, through Google Analytics), and measure and personalize our advertising (for example, through advertising pixels from Meta and Google). Our advertising partners may collect information about your activity on our website to show you our ads on other sites and apps. We do not place advertising pixels inside the logged-in platform.
Some state laws treat this kind of advertising as "sharing" personal information or "targeted advertising." You can opt out by using the [Your Privacy Choices] link on our website or by enabling a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, which we treat as an opt-out request for that browser. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings and adjust your ad preferences with Google and Meta. Some features may not work properly without certain cookies.
8. Customer Data Members Store About Their Contacts
Members are responsible for their Customer Data, including providing their own privacy notices, obtaining required consents, and responding to their contacts’ requests. We process Customer Data only to provide, secure, and support the Services, to comply with law, and as the member instructs. We do not sell Customer Data, and we do not use it to market our own products to members’ contacts.
Our Terms limit the health and wellness information members may store. Members may record limited, general wellness information about a contact only with that contact’s consent, may not store diagnoses, medical records, or protected health information, and may not submit any health or wellness information about a contact to AI features.
If we receive a privacy request about Customer Data, we will forward it to the member and will not respond to it ourselves except as required by law. After a member’s account is terminated, Customer Data may be deleted after 30 days, although copies may remain for a limited time in backups and with our providers under their retention practices.
9. Your Choices and Rights
• Marketing: Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any marketing email, and reply STOP to marketing texts. You will still receive account and service messages.
• Access, correction, deletion, and copies: You can update much of your account information in your account settings. You can also ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information by contacting us at [email protected].
• Targeted advertising: Opt out as described in Section 7.
• Account closure: You may cancel at any time in your account settings. Our Terms explain how cancellation affects your access.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, including the right to appeal our decision on your request. We will verify requests before acting on them, respond within 30 days, and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. To appeal a decision, reply to our response or email [email protected] with "Appeal" in the subject line. We may keep certain information when the law allows or requires, such as billing records and records of consent or opt-out.
10. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the Services, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. For example, we keep records of text-message consent and opt-outs for [4] years and billing records for [7] years. Customer Data is handled as described in Section 8. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, subject to normal backup cycles.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, and we offer security features such as two-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children
The Services are intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Third-Party Sites
The Services may link to third-party websites and tools, including doTERRA’s website. This Policy does not apply to them, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies. Let’s Grō is independent and is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, or controlled in any way by doTERRA International, LLC.
14. International Users
The Services are operated in the United States and intended for users in the United States. If you access them from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy and revise the "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will notify members by email or in-product notice before the changes take effect.

17. Grō Sync (Chrome Extension)
Grō Sync is a Google Chrome extension that members can install to bring their doTERRA team into their own Grō account. It is published in the Chrome Web Store by its developer, Leadspire LLC, which builds and maintains it for Let's Grō.
What Grō Sync reads. Grō Sync works only on doTERRA's websites, inside the member's own signed-in doTERRA back office (myOffice). On pages the member opens there, it can recognize team data the page loads, to offer a "Send to Grō" button; it saves or sends none of that data until she chooses to. When she chooses, Grō Sync reads:
- her team report, from myOffice or from a team report file she loads into Grō Sync: for each team member, their doTERRA member ID, name, email address, phone number, postal address, member type, rank, enrollment date, last order date, sponsor and enroller IDs, next Loyalty Rewards order date, volume, and monthly volume history;
- doTERRA's list of team members who have chosen not to receive team email broadcasts;
- if the member chooses, the team's order history from doTERRA's Sales Dashboard (order number, date, type and volume, and the member ID each order belongs to).
Grō Sync does not read the member's activity on other websites.
Where the information goes. Grō Sync writes this information as contacts into the member's own Grō account, using a connection key ("Private Integration token") that the member creates in her account and can revoke at any time. It also writes a summary of the team's totals to her Grō account, and can turn on Do Not Disturb in her Grō account for team members, for example for those who have opted out of team emails in doTERRA. Once in her Grō account, this information is Customer Data, handled as described in Section 8. Grō Sync does not send team members' information anywhere else.
What stays on the member's computer. To work, Grō Sync keeps on the member's computer: her connection key; the latest team report it read, which is replaced at each new read; up to 12 months of order history, if she reads it; and a record of recent syncs, including any contacts that couldn't be written. If she chooses, she can also save her team report as a file on her computer. Her license key, her Grō account ID and her sync choices are saved in her Chrome profile, and Chrome may sync them to her other signed-in devices. Removing the extension from Chrome deletes the information Grō Sync kept.
The developer's license service. To confirm that the member's license is valid, Grō Sync contacts a license service operated by the developer. It sends the member's license key, her Grō account ID and account name, and her own doTERRA member ID and name. For each sync, Grō Sync also reports the number of contacts it processed; the service records this as usage per Grō account and per month. These usage records are used only to calculate billing for Let's Grō and to manage licenses. They contain counts, never team members' information. Grō Sync also loads general settings from that service. The member's connection key is a different thing: it stays on her computer, is used only to connect to her Grō account, and is never sent to the developer.
Email opt-outs and international team members. Grō Sync marks team members who have opted out of team email broadcasts in doTERRA, so members can leave them out of their emails. It also marks team members located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, so that members do not market to them automatically without consent.
User data. Grō Sync's use of user data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Team members' information is never sold, never used for advertising, and is always transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
